Tiny Controls Private Limited operates https://tinycontrols.com. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.
The short version
This website has no shopping cart, no user accounts, no advertising network and no tracking cookies. It does not know who you are. We hold personal information only about people who contact us or buy from us, and only what a supplier needs to quote, deliver and support equipment.
We do not sell, rent or share customer lists. Ever.
What we collect
When you browse. Nothing that identifies you. The site is static HTML with no analytics script and no advertising tags. Our web host keeps standard server logs containing IP addresses and requested URLs, as every web server does, used only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
When you contact us. Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the company you represent, and whatever you tell us about your application. You give us this because you want a quotation; that is the only reason we hold it.
When you buy. In addition, the billing and delivery addresses and the GSTIN needed to raise a tax invoice, plus the transaction reference from your bank. We never see, hold or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials — payment is by direct bank transfer and happens entirely inside your own bank.
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To process an order, raise a GST invoice and arrange delivery.
- To provide support and honour warranty claims for the life of the product.
- To comply with Indian tax and company law.
We do not use your details for marketing you did not ask for.
Storage and retention
Where it is stored. Enquiries and correspondence sit in our email. Invoices and customer records sit in our accounting system and in backups held on our own equipment at our own premises, not on a third-party marketing platform.
How long we keep it. Invoices, tax records and the details on them are retained for eight years, as Indian tax and company law require. Support records for a product are kept as long as we can still repair that product, because a service history is what makes a repair possible a decade later. Enquiries that never became orders are kept for three years and then deleted.
Backups. Backups are encrypted and held locally. A deletion request is applied to live records immediately; backup copies age out on the schedule above rather than being selectively edited.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to:
- Couriers and transporters — the delivery address and a contact number, to deliver.
- Our bank — the transaction reference, to reconcile payment.
- Our chartered accountant and the tax authorities — invoices, as law requires.
No advertising network, no data broker, no analytics provider. We use no third-party service that profiles visitors to this website.
WhatsApp is our main contact channel. When you message us, the message travels through WhatsApp's systems under their privacy terms, not ours — we do not control that, and you should read their policy if it matters to you. On our side, a WhatsApp conversation is treated exactly like an email: kept as long as the enquiry or the product it concerns.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Write to 
and you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete what we hold, except records we are legally required to keep,
- stop contacting you.
We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Children
This site sells industrial equipment and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
Security
Our systems are on our own premises, under our own control, with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you, and tell you what we are doing about it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
