Terms of Sale
The terms on which we quote, supply and support equipment.
Last updated: 2026
These terms apply to equipment supplied by Tiny Controls Private Limited ("we", "us") to a buyer ("you"). They apply unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you, in which case that agreement takes precedence.
1. No online checkout
This website is a catalogue, not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and a price on a page does not create a contract. An order exists only when we have issued a written quotation or proforma invoice and you have accepted it.
2. Quotations and prices
Prices shown on this site are indicative, in Indian Rupees, and exclusive of GST unless the page says otherwise. Prices for imported components move with exchange rates and supplier costs, so a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it states a different period.
Taxes, duties and levies applicable at the time of despatch are charged in addition and shown separately on the invoice.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Our bank details appear on the proforma invoice only — we will never send you a change of bank details by email or WhatsApp, and any message claiming to do so is fraudulent. If you receive one, call +91 99111 93212 before transferring anything.
For made-to-order equipment we may ask for an advance against materials. That is stated in the quotation, not applied afterwards.
4. Delivery
Delivery periods in a quotation are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Standard items usually ship within a few working days; made-to-order equipment takes as long as the quotation states.
Risk passes to you on despatch. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
See Shipping and Delivery for how goods travel and what to do if a consignment arrives damaged.
5. Fitness for your machine
Industrial motion equipment is applied, not merely bought. We will advise on selection from the information you give us, and that advice is honest, but you are responsible for confirming that a product suits your machine, your duty cycle, your supply and your safety requirements.
Where a product needs sizing — a driver to a motor, a supply to a load — send us the numbers before ordering rather than after.
6. Safety and intended use
Our controllers and drives move machinery capable of causing injury. They are components within your machine, not a complete safety system. Emergency stop, guarding, interlocks and any functional-safety requirement remain your responsibility as the machine builder or operator, and must comply with the regulations applying to you.
Do not use our products in life-support, medical, aerospace or nuclear applications.
7. Warranty
We warrant our own designed and manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of invoice. Resold products carry the warranty of their original manufacturer, which we will pass through and help you claim.
The warranty covers repair or replacement at our option. It does not cover damage from incorrect supply voltage, reverse polarity, wiring errors, water ingress, physical impact, lightning, unauthorised modification or use outside the published ratings.
Return the unit to us carriage paid. If the fault is covered, we pay return carriage.
Beyond the warranty period we will still repair our own products wherever the parts remain obtainable, chargeable at cost. We do not obsolete a machine that is still working.
8. Liability
Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied under that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, loss of profit, loss of contracts, spoiled workpieces or the cost of machine downtime. If your process carries a risk of consequential loss, insure it — no component supplier can price that risk into a driver card.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Intellectual property
Firmware, software, drawings, manuals and datasheets remain our property or that of their original owner. Buying a product grants you the right to use its firmware on that unit. It does not grant you the right to copy, decompile, redistribute or resell it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Barhana, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
